The property is set over three levels and features three luxurious bedrooms on the lower level and a fourth at entrance level which is perfect for guests with limited mobility. Sugar Cane Ridge will accommodate a group of eight perfectly and is ideally suited for families and groups of friends. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, the master bedroom and second bedroom also feature direct access to the pool deck an ensuite bathrooms.

Once on the top level of the house you will find the exquisitely appointment living and dining room, the kitchen area features brand new top end appliances and finishes perfect for preparing some delicious Barbadian specialties. The spacious covered patio is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical breeze and panoramic views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
